How to Make Beer Ribs Recipe
The Tutorial Video Recipe

Cooking Instructions

Place pork country style ribs (bone-in or boneless) in heavy quart pan. Cover completely in beer.

Bring to a boil and simmer at a semi-fast boil until liquid has reduced, almost caramelizing the ribs. This takes about 2+ hours, be patient. Don't rush this is what makes them tender and delicious.

When done, transfer ribs to a baking sheet and coat with your preferred brand of BBQ sauce. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes turning once. Add a second coat of BBQ sauce and bake an additional 5-6 minutes until sauce is thick and bubbly.

Serve with a side of Garlic Mash Potatoes and a fresh garden vegetable like Zucchini with Butter and Milk Sauce.
