How to Make Zucchini with Butter and Milk Sauce Recipe

Wash and then cut zucchini into thin medallions. Add 1 tsp salt and set aside. Bring a medium saucepan of water to a boil and add zucchini. Boil for about 4-5 minutes until tender, drain well and set aside.
To make the butter and milk sauce, melt butter in same saucepan, stir in milk and salt and pepper to taste, bring to a boil and add in the cooked zucchini. Boil for about 2-3 minutes.
