Old-Fashioned Pumpkin Pie 1 9-inch Pie Crust 2 Eggs 1 Can-16 oz. Pumpkin (2 cups) 3/4 Cup Sugar ½ tsp. Salt 1 tsp. Cinnamon ½ tsp. Ginger ¼ tsp. Cloves 1 Can-13 oz. Evaporated whole, skim milk (1 2/3 Cups) or light cream Heat oven to 425°. Prepare Pie crust as directed. Beat eggs slightly, then beat in remaining ingredients. Pour into pastry-lined pie pan. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350° Bake 45 minutes longer, or until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean. Cool and serve.
