Corned Beef Oven Omelet
Print today's recipe.
8 Eggs
1 Cup Milk
½ tsp. Season Salt
1 pkg.-3 oz. Thinly sliced corned beef
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar or Mozzarella Cheese
(about 4 oz.)
1 tbsp. Instant Minced Onion

Heat oven to 325°. Beat eggs, milk and seasoned salt.
Tear corned beef into small pieces and put in egg mixture. Stir in cheese and onion.

Pour into greased baking dish, 11½ x7½x1½ or 8x8x2
inches. Bake uncovered 40-45 minutes or until omelet
is set and top is golden brown.

Makes: 4 to 6 servings.
