3 Large potatoes (Idaho)
1 Medium onion
3/4 tsp salt
2 Ranch fresh eggs
Frying oil 1/2 " deep in frying pan
1/2 cup flour
Dash of pepper to taste.
1 Clove of garlic (minced)
Paper towels or paper napkins
Cooking Instructions
Grate potatoes and onion, then mix the remainder of the ingredients well. Make 1/4" thick patties from the mixture and place in preheated oil browning both sides till golden. Pat dry any excess oil with towels and keep warm in 250 degree oven until enough to serve. Top with sour cream and grated cheese (optional).
