1 1/2 Cups white rice
3 Cups consommé
2 Tbsp. butter
dash paprika
pinch of chives
Cooking Instructions
In a covered baking dish place rice, consomme, and butter. Bake, covered in a 350 digree oven for 45 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender. Move to serving dish, fluff and sprinkle with chives and paprika for garnish.
