2-1/2 pounds of potatoes, skip-peeled and quartered
1 Tbsp butter
1 Tsp salt
4 Cloves garlic
8 Oz. cream cheese, softened and cubed
Cooking Instructions
Cook potatoes and garlic in boiling water for 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender, drain and return to pan, add remaining ingredients and mash together with a potato masher or whip to your desired consistency.
