Original Egg Drop Soup Recipe
Ingredients

27 oz. Chicken broth
1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
1 Well beaten egg
2 Tsp. Sliced green onion

Cooking Instructions

Heat broth on stove top till hot, whisk in cornstarch. Stir until thickened, then pour egg slowly into pot. Stir once gently. Remove from heat and add sliced green onion.

Server with fried wonton chips as crackers.
