1/4 Cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 Tsp. cinnamon
Dash of salt
12 medium pears; peeled, cored, and chopped
1/2 Cup flour
1 Tsp. lemon juice
1/4 Cup Margarine
3/4 Cup brown sugar

Cooking Instructions
Combine in a large bowl 1/4 Cup brown sugar, 1 Tbsp. flour, cinnamon, and salt; mix well. Add pears and toss lightly; spoon into pastry shell. Combine flour, lemon juice, margarine, and remaining brown sugar. sprinkle over pears. Place pastry over and seal. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
