Lime Pie Recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 Cup sugar
1/4 Cup lime juice; freshly squoze
1/3 Cup cornstarch
2 drops green food coloring
1 1/2 Cup water
1 Baked pie shell
3 Egg yolks; slightly beaten
* favorite meringue recipe; just add 1 Tsp lime juice

Cooking Instructions

Mix in saucepan sugar, cornstarch, and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens to a boil. Boil 1 minute. Slowly stir in egg yolks and blend well, boiling1 minute longer. Remove from heat; continue stirring till smooth. Blend in lime juice, food coloring and pour mix into a baked pie shell. Cover with meringue and bake at 325 degrees until delicate and brown.
