20 Oreo cookie's crushed fine equaling about 2 1/4 cups
1 Tbsp vanilla
1 cup sour cream
3 tbsp butter
1 Cup sugar
40 oz. cream cheese softened and cubed
4 Eggs
3 tbsp. flour
21 oz. Cherry pie filling
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line a 13 X 9" pan with foil, let the foil extend over sides. Mix crumbs and butter, press onto bottom of pan. Blend cream cheese, sugar, flour,and vanilla well. Add sour cream and blend well. Add eggs one at a time, each blending well as you go. Pour cheesecake mix into shell and bake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes.
Refrigerate 4 hours at which time, top it with cherry pie filling and serve.
