1 1/2 Pounds round steak; cut in thin strips 2" long
10 3/4 ounces cream of mushroom soup
10 1/2 ounces onion soup made with beef broth
10 ounces fresh mushrooms; sliced and saute
1 Cup sour cream
Cooking Instructions
Set aside sour cream, place all other ingredients in a baking dish. In a preheated oven set at 325 degrees bake covered for three hours. Remove from oven; stir in sour cream, remove to a serving dish and serve with rice or pasta.
