1 1/2 Cup mashed avocado
1 Tbsp. fresh squeezed lemmon juice
2 Tsp. sugar
1/4 Tsp. salt
1/2 Cup whipping cream: whipped
1/2 Tsp. grated lemmon peel
Cooking Instructions
Prepare whipping cream and peel set aside, combine remaining ingredients and blend well. Fold whipping cream in and sprinkle peels on top. Chill for two hours before serving.
