10 Large potatoes; cooked, peeled, and diced
1 Cup chopped celery
3 Eggs; hard boiled, peeled, and chopped
1 Cup green onions; chopped
2 1/2 cups mayonnaise
2/3 Cup heavy cream
1/2 Cup poupon mustard
1 pinch salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions
In a large mixing bowl add potatoes, cellery, green onions, and eggs; lightly toss. in annother mixing bowl combine mayonaise, heavy cream, mustard, and salt and pepper; blend well. Pour dressing over potato mixture. Toss thoroughly. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
