2 Cup Crushed pretzels
1 Cup Sugar
1 1/2 Sticks oleo
2 Cup Pineapple juice
10 oz. Strawberries
1/4 Cup sugar
8 oz. Softened cream cheese
2 Pkg. Strawberry jello
2 Cups Cool whip
Cooking Instructions
Crush pretzels in blender and mix with 1/4 cup sugar and melted oleo. Pat and spread in 9 X 13 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Blend softened cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and cool whip; spread over cooled crust. Heat pineapple juice and stir in jello until dissolved. Add strawberries and let cool. While it begins thickening, pour over cream cheese layer. chill over night, cut into squares and enjoy.
