Pear, Walnut and Blue Cheese Salad
Ingredients

Assorted Lettuce Mix
Fresh Blue Cheese Crumble or brick
Red onion
Sweet or Nutty Dressing
Canned Pear halves
Pecan or walnut halves chopped lightly

Cooking Instructions

Use assorted fresh greens, get an organic or good mix other than romaine and iceberg and choose a lettuce that is more leafy for best results. Tear into bite-sized pieces, wash, pat dry and set aside.

Place a generous portion of lettuce onto plate, pour on a nutty or sweet dressing. Crumble blue cheese, sprinkle generously onto salad add walnuts or pecans and spoon on a few diced pears or a pear halve and thinly sliced red onion rings.
