2 Pkg. gelatin
3 Cup Hot water
1 Can crushed pineapple; reserve juice
1 1/2 Cup miniature marshmallows
3 Bananas; cubed
1 Egg; beaten
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 Cup sugar
1 Pkg. Dream whip
Sharp cheddar cheese
1 Cup pineapple juice reserved from earlier
Cooking Instructions
Dissolve gelatin in 3 cups hot water, cool, add pineapple, bananas, and marshmallows. Chill in large flat pan until firm. Heat juice, adding sugar, flour, and egg. Mix well during adding process. Cool, fold in dream whip, spread over gelatin. Shred cheese generously over all. Serve in bite size squares.
