1 Cup miracle whip salad dressing
2 Cups broccoli cut bite-sized cooked
1/4 Cup chopped parsley
1 3/4 Cup tri-color corkscrew noodles, cooked and drained
1 Tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
2 Large tomatoes, cut into thin wedges
1 clove garlic; crushed and minced
1/2 Cup chopped walnuts or pecans
8 oz. Mild natural cheddar cheese, cubed small
Cooking Instructions
Combine salad dressing, parsley, basil, and garlic; mix well. Add cheese, broccoli, and noodles; mix lightly. Chill . Arrange tomatoes on platter; top with salad. Sprinkle with nuts.
