1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp wine vinegar
small pinch cayenne
1/3 cup olive oil
2/3 cup salad oil
1 Tsp boiling water
Cooking Instructions
Combine the first five ingredients well. Gradually whisk or blend in the oils, beating until stiff. Add one drop at a time to begin. When all oil is added and the mixture is stiffening, add the 1 Tbs boiling water and mix in well.
