1 garlic clove
2 Tbs green onion tops
2 Tbs anchovy paste
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbs tarragon vinegar
1/8 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1/2 Tbs fresh lemon juice
1 drop green food coloring (optional)
Cooking Instructions
Chop garlic and tops of green onions until almost a paste. Combine with the anchovy paste. Add sour cream, mix in remaining ingredients. Using an electric mixer provides the best results.
Serve with lettuce salad, also works well with cold shrimp, crab meat, lobster etc.
