1 Lb. Hamburger meat
1/2 Cup diced cabbage.
1 Large onion
2 Cups tomato juice.
1 Qt. Diced potatoes.
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Carrots; diced
1/2 Cup diced celery
Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions
Fry hamburger and onion in a small amount of oil until lightly browned. Put all other ingredients in kettle; add meat and onion. Cover with water and cook slowly until vegetables are tender.
